Our order was incorrect and when I called the restaurant they offered to deliver the correct sandwich to us even though we’re outside their delivery area. 13 minutes later the new order arrived and they even threw in a cookie. The manager Brandon was so kind and apologetic. Thank you Jimmy John’s!
not the worst sandwich i've had... however, they forgot my kickin ranch, pickles, and hot peppers on both sandwiches i ordered. twas edible, but not as satisfactory as i was hoping for.

We ordered 6 sandwich’s and 6 sides for delivery. The order taker did a fabulous job taking the order. The sandwiches were delicious as always. Order was delivered within 15 minutes. My problem is the delivery fee! $12.45! This didn’t include the tip, its stated driver doesn’t get any portion of the delivery charge on the website. So it was close to $25 to have sandwiches delivered! We never thought to ask what the delivery charge was since delivery is usually $3-5....read full review
