Easy access from the Interstate, restaurant is located in the old bowling alley on old 36 just past the only gas station with ample parking for even trailers. The newer owner remodeled the restaurant and kitchen to a typical small town restaurant with booths and tables.... clean with no frills. Supposedly a military mess hall atmosphere, it is not and there are no discounts for Veterans or the elderly. The food is very good especially Friday night Fish dinner. The fish is great nice and meaty nothing like you get at other places. Breakfast is very good as well for the breakfast eaters.
