I'm just there for the Loves Brand gas station due to the amount of outlets that they have to charge my phone. Sure, I got food and gas but it was the outlets that you guys provide which draws me into your stores on my trips.

I was on my way to a job sight and was going to be out working until 10:00 pm. Decided to take a chance on going through the drive thru for a quick bite. I am typically hesitant to order anything that requires customization, but thought surely a double hamburger only ketchup would be a simple enough request. Unfortunately I overestimated the employees' ability to make a sandwich with only one condiment. I get back on the road just to find out that some prankster decided to dump a pile of onions between the meat patties. Yes I am implying that this was intentional due to a couple of factors. One, I'm assuming that one needs to have a basic ability to read to work there, and two, that's not how onions should have been placed in the sandwich had I ordered them. There are simple pictures instructing how to assemble a sandwich for the employees to reference. Sadly I did not have the time to turn around off the interstate to have my order corrected and was pretty hungry by the end of the evening. If anyone is interested in addressing this with the staff on duty, mine was order number 1384 on 4/11/24, 4:42 pm.

Please consider less salt on the fries. I don't know if someone is new or something, but the fries taste only of salt. It taste like I swished a bunch of salt water in mouth. It's literally all I can taste and I only ate four of them. My finger are powdered in salt. I threw away the whole basket of fries. It's not edible like that. That much salt not only taste horrible it can lead to serious health problems like clogged arteries. It's bad enough that the food served here is already deep fried and heavily processed, but that much salt is just adding more risk at a reasonable ridiculous increased price on food items that are 75 percent marked up than what they are worth. Please for love of God just put less salt. It's disgusting.
