I am done frequenting this place! Ask for mild sauce on my fries, only to get home and find out they gave me dry fries! No coleslaw, no bread and gave me moldy jalapeños! Never again.

Wow after many times ordering from here im done with them. Something is Always happening, never on time. I'm in lunch break and order a head of time and simply useless chaos for I don't know what. And it seems like noone that work there even cares.

I was excited to see a Harold's Chicken near this location. Now I'm disgusted & very disappointed. I stopped in on my lunch and placed an order for the 2 piece wing meal with fries. I had to wait 10 minutes until the guy came back up in the front to take my order. Ok I placed my order and was hoping my food would come out freshly and fully cooked.I waited 20 plus minutes for my food. My lunch was nearly over by the time I received my food.I get back to work and noticed my chicken wasn't fully done. I'm very pissed off and disguised with the service and food. Half of my chicken is raw and not fully cooked in the inside. Shut this place down. Please avoid coming here. Harold's Chicken #41 in Addison IL.

Second time coming in 2 days in a row and the chicken keeps getting better. Ordered off of grubhub randomly at night and the chicken was far better then I expected. New favorite chicken spot!

Wings and fries with mild/hot sauce on is the move! Originally, I thought the food would get soggy from all the sauce so we got two orders of wings and fries, one order with mild sauce on and the other order with hot sauce on the side. Got it to go and even though the food was enclosed and sat for a 20 minute drive home, it was still crispy when we ate. The wings without sauce needed a little salt but not bad, but I would def recommend getting sauce on. The coleslaw was a refreshing touch. Soo good and exceeded our expectations. Food was ready earlier than the pick up time too. Nice customer service :)

I don't think that the Food at Harold's Chicken in the northern suburbs are worth the waiting time when it doesn't seem to be a problem in Chicago.

First and last order here. I'm convinced if it's a delivery, restaurants shove whatever they have in a bag and you'll take it. For a highly touted chicken place it's as bad as KFC and that's bad.Ordered 4 breasts but got 2 and 2 wings. Breasts were dry, over cooked and crust plain tasteless flour. Likewise okra was overcooked. Only Church's can make good fried okra. Only thing good was the slaw. Judging from the negative reviews I read too late, the "owner" doesn't have it in him/her to apologize. Insults and nasty comments will keep me far away.Save your money if delivery. Grub Hub driver was an idiot who drove around and left our food out and we didn't know he came.
