Fried dumplings were great. Ordered chicken Chow Mein& received a grey gelatinous goo. When I asked for the correct dish I was told I ordered wrong, if I wanted noodles I needed to order Lo Mein. Mein literally means noodles in Chinese regardless of Lo or Chow?

Good food, nice folks. Occasionally they don’t get the order right so that’s the 4 star for service. Overall I’d recommend for some good and fast American Chinese Food.

I've been getting take out here for a while, usually the food is ok but the person working up front is very confrontational, aggressive and outright rude. There was a small mixup not a big deal until SHE made it a big deal actually yelling at me and telling me to "f" myself as I was leaving. The mistake was mostly my fault, which I admitted but she wouldn't let it go. I heard her screaming at the workers in the back like they were the cause of the issue, she's just RUDE
The customer service while on the phone was rude, rushed, and harsh. This had already left me discouraged, however I decided to continue with the purchase. This was clearly a mistake. The purchase had no issues but the food itself on the other hand had multiple. The crab Rangoon was lacking in flavor as was everything. This all would have been no issue, except for the fact that I found a white hair in my noodles. It seemed to be from someone’s neither regions. I usually wouldn’t think that this was intentional. This time though, with the way they had acted on the phone as well as my number having been saved (which is normal but it means there is an easy connection between number and food) I feel as though it was intentional. I would have left 0 stars but I believe that isn’t an option. I am beyond dissatisfied with my visit and will not be returning.

I love this place best food ever in the world and I love the staff
I ordered beef chow mein. The picture shows noodle. So I called but the lady was angry insisting that lo mein is noodle and chow mein is vegetable. I’m confused but I’m ok if she wasn’t rude. She chastised me for asking. Was I wrong to ask? Attached is the “chow mein” she gave me. It’s clearly rice and some meat with onions. I’m not familiar with this dish, but I will escalate this issue with Door Dash. I am warning online orders to be wary with this restaurant.

Roasted pork looks mein is absolutely delicious! Ordered door dash so can't say about the service or atmosphere but food was prepared fast and arrived hot.
