Visited this afternoon. Coffee was great and the service was fast. But the store was filthy, I saw a spill someone had just placed napkins on top of, there wasn't a table that didn't have crumbs on it and I overheard two employees poking fun at a coworker who they suspected to have autism. They stated the coworker was "extremely weird" and used a slur. I was supposed to be meeting a friend there but decided to order his coffee as well and meet up elsewhere. My son has autism and I was appalled to hear such abilist language from the employees.

Our order was messed up. Got cold hash browns and didn't get the donuts that I ordered. Ordered 4 long johns two chocolate and 2 vanilla frosted. In the bag was only 2 chocolate. I go back to the window and ask for my other 2 long johns and they gave me round donuts.

Mobile order on a Monda around 11am. 2 iced coffees, egg bites, and bacon croissant sandwich. I was the only customer in drive thru. All of our food was cold and looked like zero attempt to warm anything. Coffee tasted old and burnt.

I told the lady a dozen assortment of Donuts but no cake Donuts but of course I opened the box and had 8 cake Donuts,How hard is it to do your job right and listen to the order?

I have liked this place since it came to Jacksonville. I like the afternoon crews that work and have gotten friendly with them. They work hard. Yes, sometimes the drive thru is too slow, but the kids work hard. I have tipped them many times. Unfortunately, when I went through the drive thru today, I was informed that they have ended happy hour half price on iced coffee and iced tea in the afternoons. So unfortunately, I will not be going back. Happy hour got me there. I will just go to McDonalds and get iced coffee on the app. I will miss you happy hour at Dunkin. I will not go back. I will get my doughnuts and iced coffee at the other establishments in Jacksonville that care for their employees.

The actual worst Dunkin I’ve ever had in my entire life. They don’t fail to mess up every single time. Terrible customer service and the workers have been “training” for 4 months. It’s a disaster in there. No idea what they are doing
