I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered the pick 2 with the roast beef and cheddar, toasted. It. Was. Delicious! It arrived warm and toasted perfectly. With it, I got the chicken salad ?. Although the 1/2 sandwich wasn’t huge, it filled me up so I’ll have the salad for dinner. I did taste it, and it was good. I also ordered 2 soups and the Mac and cheese that I planned to have for dinner as I’m working a long shift. I tasted each so I could write a review, and they were very good. I will definitely order from here again, and although there are other things I want to try, I could be happy just repeating the same order.I did have problems with the online ordering not letting me add East to the address but I simply called them and they made sure the delivery driver had the full address. It also didn’t Save a selection I made, twice. But I caught those before I checked out, and added them again. I also added bread to my soups but didn’t catch that it didn’t Save that selection. I did not get charged as it didn’t go through. I am disappointed with that, because you need some crusty bread to dip in your soup, right? The driver was prompt and polite and told me staff made sure to tell him about the incomplete address so he didn’t take it to the other.I will be ordering again. Especially because I forgot to order a brownie!!

High quality food. Service is low, don't order anything off the exact way its ordered.Every no mayo sandwich has been slathered in it to the point the bun is disintegrating.Extra tomato on a sandwich advertising tomato, is two tomato slices.Bun has never once arrived toasted or warm.Ive tried five times. I want to like this place, i want to support local buisness, but if i want the wrong sandwich i can go to subway.

Great sub shop with a little hippie vibe. Plus, they have Boulder Canyon chips! So good!

Wow. What has happened to the sub place I once loved? Dry bread, minimal meat and no sauce. The guy behind the counter seemed rushed and we were the only ones in the place. The soda machine wasn't working correctly. We were told to wait for it to "warm up".... finally got 2 drinks out of it after messing with it for about 10 min. Then the Coke tasted gross. Won't go back anytime soon.

You know a place has great soup, when they run out by dinnertime. It is such a treat to grab a sandwich and soup when I'm in town at Head West. The employees are always helpful and turnaround time on an order is fast. I love the decor in the dining room area. The inside looked cleaned and there was plenty of sitting so if we weren't on a time crunch, we would have been comfortable eating in. Order the sweet bread on your next sandwich order and you will be hooked for life. You won't even glance at another sub shop because it won't come close to compare.

We use to love eating here but i don't know what has changed since the beginning of year.. last few times we been it's been messed up and not as good. Maybe something changed in management.. wish they would get what ever they use to do back.. not worth us going

A review of the Jacksonville Location....Food quality has really dropped off since the previous management left. Rude servers, always act inconvenienced by your presence, frustrating to say the least. I was told the last time when my order was wrong if I had problems I needed to call Mat and Grace for a refund. They couldnt even offer me a way to contact those people. If you want a sub-par sandwich and service from a place that stole subways color scheme come here i guess.

Meat on the outside of my veggie sub. Originally I ordered a hummus sandwich, after I paid, I was told there was no hummus. All around terrible service and food quality. My family spoke highly of this place. I have no intention on returning.

It's back open now and it was very disappointing. probably won't be going here again. Turkey bacon ranch had no ranch, 1 thin wimpy peice of bacon, and the bread was crumbly. No good.

I don’t know why jville is temporarily closed but we miss them. Turkey bacon ranch is so good there! The soup is always good too. Ever had any other sandwiches from there that were bad, tried them all. Hurry back!
