Tried to order online to redeem a free red velvet dessert that was on their rewards app. Couldn't order online because apparently it wasn't working. Then tried calling the location, but they hung right up. So rude. Customer service is usually way better than this, so I was very disappointed tonight.

I ordered a #17 with everything on it and to add mustard. Also orders a pickle which I got cut correctly and a bag of chips which was the correct kind. What I got for my sandwich was very little meat way less then normal, no mustard, no lettuce, no tomatoes. Freaky fast was more like 45 minutes. I won’t order from here again since I was scammed out of my money. I also ordered hours before they closed.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I placed an online order for a sandwich that was supposed to be just meat and cheese.. I got the sandwich delivered, and it had everything on it. I called the store to tell them, and I got "it was made according to the ticket". I know for sure I clicked customize and removed all the unwanted items. All I got in response was there's nothing we can do. Then after hearing my frustration they offered a credit. I don't want A credit I wanted the sandwich I ordered. I told the "manager" that I will never order from here again, and hung up. I guess I should've read the reviews on here, because if I did I probably wouldn't have ordered from here. Please if you're reading the reviews, steer clear of this location. Customer service is horrible.....
