Service was awful. Food was brought to table and one of the plates had a big chip out of it. My husband ordered a taco salad and it had so much water in it, it was running all over. And it was disgusting. I ordered a chicken fajita nachos and it to was runny and disgusting. They wasn't busy only 2 tables in the whole place. Couldn't get drink refills the lady was to busy standing around talking. This is the third bad experience we've had so will never be back.

Tried this place tonight. Worst Mexican joint in Jville! To start off I waited almost 30 min for my pickup order because they forgot about me. The $6 cheese dip is like 3 tbs of cheese dip and our food was cold and the tortillas were stale. Super disappointed since I spent almost $50 on food from here. Not going back.

Los Rancheros restaurant is our favorite Date night place when we’re in town.Chicken dinner with mango is delicious, Hot fresh Chips an Yummy Fresh Salsa an Guacamole,“G”the bartender has a great personality an his drinks are perfect.
The building is need of much repair and a deep cleaning is in an order. The service was just okay and the food was overpriced and pretty awful. If they were serving chicken, it did not look like any chicken we had ever seen. Would not go back.

Beautiful facility and friendly staff. The chicken in the enchiladas was very dry and I had a hard time cutting the tamale with a knife. No mole sauce. Other guests seemed to be enjoying their food.

Burrito was tasty! Ordered drinks and they took 10 minutes to get to the table, ordered guacamole and ran out of chips. Took another 10 minutes to get the chips! Asked for refills on the drinks and didn’t get them until the bill arrived! It was a slow night as well. Salsa was mid but the main food was good. Maybe I’ll give it another

Server never checked back, didn't bring silverware. We had to ask any server passing by to get our extra chips and silverware. Food was luke warm and greasy or overcooked. Cheese dip was watery. We will not be returning to this place.
