Awful service, told me to pull up to the window for my drink, never got it. I waited 10 minutes and watched other people who pulled up to other spots after me, and they got their food. Messed up my order last time I came. Giving a 1 star is too much. Poor management

Always making mistakes in drive thru. I ordered the new double big Mac, it was made as a regular big Mac. So I paid more for something I didn't get. Also paid for apple pies and dint recieve them. Found out when I got home. I tried calling but nobody answered the phone.

Here is my experience.Taste -3/5Quantity - 3/5Quality- 4/5Cost - 4/5Hygiene -5/5Cleanliness -5/5Overall -4/5—> I regularly visit this place when I don’t have time to cook or nothing to have to cook at home. This is savior at night times. Few days ago I visited this store on evening time.—> I ordered 4 McChicken, chicken McNuggets.—> The cashier is little frustrated. Don’t know what’s wrong with the previous customer. So I asked her to give me 4 McChicken n 6 piece Chicken Nuggets. But with frustration she billed me for one McChicken. There is a big line. People usually know how long it will take to order. I was very frustrated on cashier.—> Manager is superb cool. She understands the situation and try to control the situation. I like her communication skills.—> I waited almost 20-25minutes to get my order ready.—> Now a days they are taking Too much time for preparing orders.—> it is remodeled recently. Huge spacious. I Love this atmosphere. Very hygienic.—> Costs are same in all places. Taste is good.—> Overall every time I will get new experience with every visit. i was major impressed with the service in spite of the fact they were dealing with a child who needed spanked and a teenager who needed spanked as a younger kid and as a teen. idk why people are ok with training rudeness in their kids. was sad they didn’t have any hot coffee, but honestly this is normal later in the day. cudos to a well running team. fast food can be a hard job keep up your good work!Kid-friendliness: in spite of brats this team did an amazing job showing they cared for kids!

It is about what you would expect. We were there for breakfast. Ordered from a machine. Forced to take a number to be delivered to the table. Received with no straw, no napkins and no syrup. We needed a cup for water. So we had to wait for these things or get up and get these things while our food got cold. Not happy with this system.

Bad! One of my burgers was bloody. French fries were cold and soggy. All the food was greasy. I did a drive thru, so could not complain in person. I had to recook when I got home, which defeats the purpose of going out.
