If I could leave less than a star, then I would. Placed a mobile order at 09:52. Arrived for pickup at 09:56. Received food at 10:28. It's completely ridiculous. Staff was too busy complaining about their jobs to prepare our order. They said they had to cook more eggs and apparently it takes over 30 mins to do so. New staff is definitely needed and they need to be trained on how to cook eggs!

I absolutely love the crew that worked the night I was there, Jan 31, 2024. I have had a lot going on with my elderly parents and went out for some beverages to relax a bit. Knowing Wendy's closes at 1 we headed to the truck and we were just across a large parking lot. With plenty of time, we sat there and talked to each other then realized we had 2 mins to get across the lot. We made it as the outside lights were turning off. The drive through speaker tells us they are closed but I decided to pull up to the window anyway. An employee came and apologized they were closed. I pleaded with him cuz I was hangry! He got his manager, I pleaded with her and she said she couldn't so I begged a bit more. She said hang on and asked her workers if they minded they said it was fine and she wanted to know my order. I was overly excited but keep in mind I was overly intoxicated also. With all the grief going on in my life, I needed that. It was just a salad and a burger but the best dam salad and burger I've ever had!!!!! So thank you to the pink-haired manager who took the extra time to make us happy! She went above and beyond and so did her employees! It will come back around full circle and you all deserve it!

Our visit was just fine. We were trying to use a deal on the app but the person taking the order couldn't help with our problem. Food was fine. Tables were not clean. It was 1 pm on a Tuesday. There was a line behind us when we finished ordering.

I've always had great service at the Jacksonville Wendy's. The food is always a level above any other fast food restaurant around. Thumbs up from me!
