I visited this place for the first time a couple months ago. After my experience I wished I had gone to another place where I usually go but I wanted to give this place a try. I called in my order, the lady who took my order told me 20 mins. I arrived exactly 20 mins later and had to wait an additional 20 mins. They continued to service walk-ins and made me wait. The lady at the front register was very rude and full of attitude. I guess she doesn't realize your first impression should be your best impression. Oh, the mac and cheese taste like anything but mac & chz. I didn't eat it and my kid didn't like it either and wouldn't eat it. That was my first and last visit. Too much attitude right at hello.

I ordered the rib tip dinner with pound cake I honestly feel like I got finessed almost twenty dollars down the drainThe Mac was good everything else was terrible I at least expected the ribs to be cooked especially since when I pulled up the grill was on

The employees are super unprofessional I would not go to this store. One of the workers insisted on arguing with me, not to mention my order wasn’t even ready. I would save your money and go somewhere else.

Visited on 7/17/2021. Customer service ? on par with Chic fil a service. Food is even better ! Big servings, we were too full to finish. They put tips on the fries. I thought big mistake. NOPE. They were ?. Tip juices and sauce painted the fries perfectly. The food was fresh and hot. Could not believe how juicy the chicken was but yet perfectly fried ! The chicken and also corn muffin were the best we’ve ever had. This will be our go to forsure . glad we tried it.

Today my wife and I tried this place a convenient store/ restaurant in the heart of Joliet, we purchased large tips and tips and link combo with greens and macaroni for the sides, and I was pleasantly surprised of everything we purchased the sauce really taste good the greens on point, the macaroni was just ok but it was worth the drive we live in hickory hills area
You are cheating yourself if you do not get in here and try their food. The mac n cheese, the yams, the greens, all top notch. Made with love and passion just like my Momma makes. The hot links are like none other. I have not had such great food since I left Texas 30 yrs ago. Don't forget dessert! Support your local, small business.

I ordered via DoorDash. I ordered the pork chops with Mac and Cheese and cornbread dressing. My husband ordered the pot roast with dressing and greens. The pork chops could have been bigger but overall was tasty. I tried the pot roast and it was good as well. I will order from them again. Thanks
