I came to this place today 3/31/24 to see the fight we paid 10,00 (4 persons). I wanted to seat near big screen but the security told us that we couldn’t because we had two 19 yrs olds that couldn’t sit near the bar. Anyways later we saw a family with two toddlers and a teenager seating in the table we couldn’t seat because of the two underage 19yrs. I can’t believe this people have preference on their customers. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome sadly but true!!!! Never again I will step on this place !!!!!!

Avoid!!It's been years since we've been here, but we decided to give it another try. BIG MISTAKE. Food was subpar, place was sticky,booth was dirty, and chair you sunk in, very uncomfortable.Service was terrible. She forgot our salad, which was a 3 dollar upcharge.I had my tea empty for twenty minutes, when she did finally come , she forgot to bring me another tea after I asked for another.She only checked on us once as well.75 dollars for lunch. We had the 49r chicken sandwich, wings, and raspberry salmon. All were bland , except the wings, which were tiny.Avoid at all costs, and go to the others' better restaurants with better service and food around the mall.

St. Patrick's Day food is phenomenal. Shepherd's Pie is a must try!
I dined here today for my birthday with my partner and we were super excited upon arrival. Once we were seated our waiter was very kind and I ordered a raspberry lemon drop to start. Once I got the drink I tasted it and it was very strong to the point where it made my stomach turn. I then asked the waited it I could have a different choice/remake or a refund because I was not satisfied nor able to consume the drink. The waiter has no issues with this because she said they did load the drink with vodka ( I’m not a drinker really). Moments later the manager “Victor” stormed over to my table and spoke to me with extreme aggression. I was very uncomfortable and startled by his approach. He rudely told me I would not be getting a refund or a new drink and that it was not his problem that the drink was strong. I shared with him that it was my birthday and I simply wanted to have a drink and enjoy my food he laughed in my face told me he did not care and told me there was no one else I could speak to. I’m not sure if this was racially motivated but nobody else seemed to have issues in the resultant. My feelings are deeply hurt and my birthday is kind of ruined by that bad experience.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Not a friendly or fun atmosphere, the workers are extremely rude. Many other better places in Joliet area to go out, especially for charging a $10 cover. Do not even attempt to come on weekends.

The music is really loud for the side away from the bar. The first time coming here, the young girl was pulling down her shirt to show her chest to the only man at the table. She made eye contact with me and immediately pulled her shirt back up. Repeated the process when the other men showed up at the table. They all noticed the same thing and when she walked away, they mentioned it was a turn-off.The young lady made it seem that she does this to get good tips from men. It's embarrassing. The food was good. Otherwise, young ladies shouldn't have to show their chests to get tips. Being an excellent personality, speaking louder, and giving customer service will help with tips.
