Good service but dishes ain’t clean had to use plastic dishes all because they wanna have people working 2 days straight you ask me they need new workers fr, They had these small trays all my food den fell out of it then they forgot to order certain people orders and they had to eat while everybody else was done eating already and at that I was out with my family experience was horrible but service was good. Please reach out back to me. Workers were tired and worn out don’t make no sense at all

The food was dry. They looked understaffed.. and other people around me weren't getting the correct food... people who were at the front waiting for a table, walked out... overall, it's just a bad experience all around...
YOU HAVE ALLOT OF RESTAURANT CHOICES IN JOLIET. AVOID THIS APPLEBEES LOCATION in Joliet. Me and my husband sat at the bar only 4 people at bar. Female Bartender (curly hair) served the person next to us drinks. Walked past us three times , began washing dishes looking directly at us. Walked away and didn’t approach us for a drink (almost like we were GHOSTS). Monitor to takes orders was DIRTY. other side of bar had books on refrigerator, styrofoam soda, paper towel holder with no paper towels and kleanex box of tissues was on bar. OVERALL DIRTY NASTY AND DISGUSTING. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like. This location definitely needs a remodel.

Went in tonight as a party of 6. The guy there at the door said was a wait. We waited! When we got sat, it took a while to be talked to. Eventually a server dropped plates and said she had to go to the bathroom. We waited 25 minutes and got up and left. The guy that sat us could have atleast helped with something. Just standing around. The manager coming out with food. 3 servers and not one person to help us. I work at a restaurant and wait tables. This place is mismanaged. The bartender had 2 people. Literally , there’s a way to take care of 7 or the 8 tables in the place with that many workers. I can do 8 tables on mine own and have done more. Not going back there!

We came in today after having been to a different location recently. I ordered the quesadilla burger (which I had at the other location and it was stellar). It was not good at all. Hardly any pico, it was oozing with grease and flavorless. The fries were exceptional though!Old review:Great menu items, awesome service and yummy food!

TERA J is an amazing server! She was running around covering all the tables during lunch & she did such a great job! Our nachos were great! My salad was so good. My son burger was great. 1st experience here after not going to applebees for 10 yrs. We Def will come

Don't go unless you're ready to be disappointed. We had to ask for a server after waiting 15 minutes at our table. The food came out warm and not hot. The waitress would forget multiple times for simple things like napkins, refills on water, sauce for the wings etc. it was one of the crappiest Applebee's we have been to.
I went for an early lunch. And they were not busy. The shrimp was rubbery from being cooked in the microwave. Server was not frendly at all.

Was there 2 days ago with 4 other people & all the food was barely warm. Shrimp was not crunchy at all. They were soggy & slightly warm, fries were cold too. The broccoli with my grilled chicken was mushy. The wait time was ridiculously long & there were only 5 other tables in there. Glasses sat empty for quite a while when waiting for a refill. Definitely not worth the money & won't go back.
