I came today I know it end of shift but it your job they had nothing fresh. I ordered. I said thankyou no reply I then asked how much is glaze and she ignored me.I then went to counter to ask for glaze she was rude and not polite at all. Then I get to my bag I already had glaze and she didn’t even answer me and made me some the extra knowing I asked her if they had it. So rude.There was a mass amount of food instead of giving fresh food or atleast something of quality or atleast be friendly that would of made the food betterGirl with glasses sweeping the floor just be nicer I know it end of shift but like nobody needs rudeness when being polite asking questions about YOUR FACILITY YOU RUNNING.Sweeping the floor not washing your hands inbetween cleaning and serving food

They were closed and app and website said opened even allowed me to do a pickup at the time I was in the Joliet mall location. I got a email response from someone who isn't in this Franchise and my offer expired. Just wish the app didn't state it was opened before I drove there.

I went to the store on 9/11 maybe twenty minutes before closing. My son came back to the car with the three pretzels. We get home and the pretzels are burned and hard. The cinnamon did not even stick. I called the store and was told to come back with my receipt for a replacement. The individual working says she can’t give me the pretzels because there is no note about it. I am waiting for the manager to call me back. Poor customer service and product

Horrible. This is the WORST Auntie Anne's. The pretzels are not fresh or prepared correctly. I've had it 3x and thought maybe a bad batch. Obviously 3x is enough.. Hopefully they will get it together for future customers.

the pretzels were burned and when I asked for a discount because they weren’t doing anymore (employee told me) and my child was not going to be happy if we didn’t get it the manager said that’s just how they come out a little brown. She gave me one dollar off and she was not happy about it but you guys can judge if that’s how they come out.
I think I speak for all of us when I say delicious pretzels are something we all crave(while walking around and shopping at the mall.)Now, if only you could actually get a pretzel at this location. Honest-to-God for the past 2 years every time I go up to buy a pretzel they never have any pretzels and they refuse to make anymore not because I came close to closing )time today I was there at 1pm. I find it funny that you have a promotion going on to get a free pretzel with the purchase of a pretzel dog and a drink, but they NEVER have any pretzel dogs or any pretzels. Only the Pretzel pieces that are old and Stale. Which I called this disappointment in a cup.

I found a hair in my mini hot dogs and they were raw. I was literally eating uncooked dough.
