Apparently this is now 3 scoops of ice cream. The scoops were approx 1/4 of the way full and filled a one scoop cup. Won’t be back.

I order through Uber eats message me my order what's on its way. I had the driver message me telling me they had noting to make my order. He didn't understand why they didn't cancle it. But yest charge me for it.

FORMAL COMPLAINT - this store charged 21.99 + tax for polar pizza while other BR/DD locations around the same area charges 15.99. Why is this? This franchiser is price gouging! Why is it that the surrounding locations all charge the SAME price of 15.99 and this location charge what he wants? Yes, I took the time to call the other 4 locations to check out their price for this item. Also the young lady could not tell me why one pizza was priced at 21.99 and others 24,99. She said that maybe it is the different ice cream on the pizza or decorations, which was idiotic to me, she works there!! In addition to this, I asked for a cup of water and was told that a small plastic cup of water would cost 1.69!!!! Why is this? Why is the polar pizza here 6.00 more than the other surrounding locations in Shorewood, IL, Plainfield, IL and 2 other locations in Joliet - Plainfield Road and Larkin Ave? I hope to receive a response to this complaint, as I will NOT be patronizing this store ever again! I also sent in a formal complaint to their corporate office.
