I just ordered two double bacon cheeseburgers, no mustard, pickle or tomato, add extra MAYO. They instead have me extra MUSTARD, which I can’t stand. I’d feel different if it wasn’t a 15min wait with 2 cars in front of us, they forgot the condiments we asked for, no napkins, and now they’re now answering the phone. Learn how to run your business and have more than 1-2 people working!

You guys need to either shut this location down, or get better management or employees in there. The dining room is always closed, the drive through doesn’t respond for several minutes even if you’re the only one there. The employees are rude and always get the orders wrong, and are actively on their phones while they’re working. I’ve tried to give this location so many chances but it’s straight trash. Not to mention they close at random times that are not listed on the window. It’s like it’s being run by teenagers that hate working.

Went through the drive thru, repeated the order 3 times they repeated it back. It wasn't difficult at all onions and mayonnaise only. Get food and low and behold these ignorant people couldn't get order right they put everything on sandwiches.The incompetent people working on this date 12-7-2023 at 2:15 pm couldn't go around the corner without screwing things up. Then when you try calling they keep phone off hook...

It continues to say online this store is open until 11:00pm and for the second straight night it was closed at 9:00pm. Either stay open or change the times. Very inconsiderate.

Stopped to eat inside and as 2 people walked out the front door from dining in, one of the employees shut the door in all 6 of our faces and told us to go thru the drive thru. Yeah no thank you we will take our business elsewhere and eat inside instead of while trying to drive down the express way. Kinda glad he did though, now I see all the 1 star reviews I'm glad we didn't eat here. But still RUDE AF to shut the door in our faces at 430 pm no excuse.
