Very disappointed. On March 9th I went to the location at 400 East Cass, Joliet, IL. The drive-through cashier, Carolina, claimed she was the Manager. At 1 PM, she said she could not honor the MDW - Free Whopper Offer because it says ' This coupon is not available until 10:30 AM. Please come back later.' She insisted that meant tomorrow! If Carolina is in fact the Manager, please let her know she should override the computer glitch. Especially when I waited in line for 15 minutes while they filled orders of the three cars in line in front of me. This one person refused to be helpful and I didn't give them the rest of my business.

Good service great food and its all fresh better than other burger kings. The wait is ok they were short staff. The burger and the fries were fresh the milkshake was good too. Overall I think it's the best Burger King. But the outside isn't the best I think they should redo the building.

Not from the area and visited this location for lunch.The parking lot ground seems like a war happened , it's so destroyed.The inside on a hot day was hot and musty like no air flow was happening.The food was much greasier then what I'm used to and even my kids didn't eat as much as they usually do.My wife just got some onion rings and pretty much threw it all in the garbage.Overall , not a great experience and would probably never return unless the entire place was totally redone.

Wouldn't recommend No A/C on in the middle of summer and they have out of order signs on the bathroom so forget about wanting to wash your hands parking lot is full of deep pot holes and it is very out dated they need to shut this one down or put it under new
If I could give 0 stars I WOULD! The girl was flirting in the drive thru and messed up my order. I pulled around and asked for my order to be replaced. The manager refused to take re-make my food and handed me back the food I handed him ??

This place is the worst went drive thru gave the lady my order waited about 20min in drive thru got to window instead of lady giving me my food she gave me 3 sodas and said have a nice day I ask her where is the rest of my food and she started yelling get out of my drive thru don’t you come back here no more ,and I asked her to let me speak to your manager she said I at the manager get out of my drive thru and gave me the finger I told her give me my money back this place is just the worst I don’t recommend this place to nobody
