10/24 about 3:45 pm. At the drive thru I ordered cheeseburger and small onion ring and a whopper with cheese extra tomato and easy onion and a small fry. Worker taking order was very pleasant and food came quickly. I went in bag to get a fry and they were cold and hard. I then checked my whopper and the meat was cold. My Grandaughter didn’t care if her food was cold or not because she was embarrassed to say anything. I told her no this is an important lesson. I paid for hot food and that is what I should be getting and not settling for something else. I got leftovers that apparently were sitting out for a while! I tapped on the window and the worker took my whopper and fry back that I wanted hot food and shortly thereafter a man in a black shirt opened the window and said that if I wanted something hot next time tell him to get it off the broiler and shut the window. The original worker gave me a new sandwich and fry I asked him who that was in the black shirt that he was very rude to me and my Grandaughter. He said that is the manager and his name is Alex and he’s like that! I asked if there was someone here above him but he shook his head no. Heads up: If you settle for sub standard that’s what you’ll get!

Be careful of the bathroom hand dryer. A build up of dirt can carry barteria and virus that can 1 make you sick and 2 dirty the hands you just washed.

In a year they have screwd up.order every time . Plain burger no cheese only pickles. What the hell. We repeated it tice . Plain terrible

Went in and place was dirty floor never been moped or cleaned .no one was at the counter. I walked out.made me sick just looking at such a mess dirty. Needs to be shut down !

I would rate this a “0 star” if that was an option. There has been no one at the counter since 4pm to take my order and other customers come and go. I had to revert to KFC next door which has service just as bad since. The KFC employee gave my order to someone else who later returned it. They made my order again but messed up the original order. SMH.

I ordered online 30 minutes before I came to pickup my order (I work in the mall) it said my order was ready, went to pick up, no one was there. Waitied 5 minutes went out to smoke, came back waiting 15 minutes and still no one there nor my order.

Visited the mall and went to get a ice coffee at the Burger King and the 1 employee stated that, "we don't have ice coffee, we're not that kind of service." What?, if this location doesn't serve ice coffee than why is it on the menu, misleading and should be taken off the menu than.

The manager Johnathon was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He was yelling at customers and throwing items. He was threatening his only other employee with quitting. He tried to shut down store but other employee wouldn't stop working. Never seen anything like it. He needs to be fired.
