Wonderful server, she went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience. Brought out holiday treats and extra chips for us and made sure our drinks were always full. Phenomenal food, good sized plates for a great price. Loved this cute little place! Perfect for a cozy and fun lunch/dinner.

When you gotta be in downtown Joliet, and need a quick bite, this is a great little joint. There were some seats out front on the sidewalk, but it wasn't that kind of day, and I'm glad because when you walk inside, this place is a warm, cozy, dark, classic Irish pub. Dark wood, long narrow room, stools, tables, low and high, and lots of kitsch on the walls. The people were welcoming and felt like a family place. The waitress knew off the top of her head all the specials and what they were out of. I had the pork tenderloin sandwich special. You'd think it's a bad idea to order pork tenderloin parmigiana at an Irish pub, but it was a pretty good quick lunch. I was not there in the evening, but there is signage to suggest it's a place for live music in the evening, including Irish music on Monday nights. I'm thinking of coming back one evening.

Understaffed on an event night like spirits for spirits is not a wise choice and your place of business should be prepared. Telling patrons to move because no one can sit in certain seats just simply makes zero sense. They lost my business. The service was horrible and 1/3 bartenders looked like they were preseizure shakes from DTs due to alcoholism. Horrible place of business

Stumbled upon this place while waiting for my train out of town. Highly suggested local, independent pub. Menu is nice with many "pub style" options. We were all please with the food and our kind and accommodating waitress. If you're in the Joliet area, stop in.

Very nice place. Our server was super, very pleasant.
Stopped in 2 hours before concert at Rialto on a Thurday. Everyone was friendly and very welcoming. Nice people. Had some solid drinks and appetizer of soft pretzels. Very good. Dinner of Shrimp basket and chicken sandwich for wife. All great. Don't hesitate to stop in for Rialto event or trip to Court House. Thanks for having us Chicago st pub.
