I visit this spot a lot since I work close by. I love how their customer service is always great and they keep the spot clean constantly. Prices are convenient and they serve large portions.

My Experience there was really great. Fried chicken was cooked and spiced to perfection. They have an amazing selection of sides. Onion Rings were next level, best I've had on the southwest side. Staff was friendly and very informative. When I ordered chicken to eat later, they handed me instructions on reheating.
Went there after visiting a church one Sunday in May 2021. Was headed home to Aurora and saw the sign for CnS so I stopped. Was hoping to bring bone-in chicken home but they only have it on certain days of the week, which was ok so I bought the special 20 piece (large unseasoned chunks) w large side, I chose spicy rice, biscuits and I added onion rings. The chicken chunks were huge which I was happy about :-) but they were tasteless. My husband and I only tasted spicyness, no salt or other flavors. The spicy rice was the same, simply tasteless. I was excited the see the big flaky biscuits, but again tasteless, not butter, not salty flavor. The onion rings were huge but the breading did not stay on so you just ate onions and breading separately. Won't go there again.

I saw in the Joliet area and could smell the chicken from a mile away. The chicken chucks were delicious I never had chicken chucks before. I didn’t even get to finish them because I got full. Good place to stop if you are in the area , just don’t order Iced tea, tasted like it had been sitting there for years. Everything is good.

Great chicken chunks and I don't even like chicken! We actually order from here just about anytime we have guests over or just for lunch on a Saturday. I really am not a chicken person at all and I certainly have a hard time with spices but there is just something about this that has me hooked! My husband loved the beans and rice which definitely have a KICK to them. The biscuits and the mashed and gravy are another have to have for me. If you have never tried the chicken chunks you need too!
