They messed up my burrito and burrito bowl , the main cashier was doing nothing but blasting music yelling ohkur and periodt and extra , they not only messed up my autistic kids dinner but then my husband with food sensitivities got steak instead of chicken , which we are in the er for still. Its all dirty and gross here , go to the aldi next door and pick up frozen mexican food before even considering this hell hole

Usually this place is is very quick in getting you your food even if they don’t usually have your drinks you ordered. But this time, they were out of every drink, messed up my order twice and made me wait 45 minutes longer than the estimated time. They were somewhat busy but not enough to excuse what happened. I watched them working. They had no organization or clue what the other was doing.Overall, I am eating a disappointing and messed up version of my order with less food than normal, fought to get my full order filled and I am so mad I feel like a Karen.

Good food but horrible customer service and dirty environment. Girl at register would not speak up and was talking in a whisper, had to ask 3 times for 1 thing. Not very friendly at all. Every single table in the place was disgusting. Had to clean my own table to sit down. Watched employees pick up hot sauce off the table but not clean the table. Everytime I come here there’s not a clean table available. Also, garbage cans overflowing everytime. No where to put garbage. Haven’t had a good experience here in the past year I have been coming. Maybe I need to start driving the extra miles and try out the one on Plainfield Rd.

Don’t order online… You’ll drive all the way home to realize they gave you somebody else’s order. I understand when a restaurant is busy & that accidents happen buuuuut chipotle isn’t cheap!!! Hire more staff & train them properly. I drove back to be treated like I was an inconvenience. I had to wait 15 minutes before receiving the right order. Definitely not going back to this location ??

I usually have no problems with the food which is great, but this place ALWAYS has inappropriate music playing. They don’t play music over the restaurant sound system. They always have a Bluetooth speaker in the back kitchen area and it’s playing rap and pop music talking about sex, drugs, and all the profanities including the F word and the N word. I couldn’t imagine having kids and bringing them in here.

I like Chipotle. I think their food is great. The servers move you along too quickly at times and really don't care about putting a burrito bowl together properly. You watch one person get a spoonful of meat and another barely get enough meat. It's annoying more than anything. Super inconsistent for all ingredients.
