The quality of food is pretty good but they are getting to be just like every other restaurant with the quantity! But that's just my opinion, .........put more than 4 little pieces of chicken in a bowl of rice please!

I was quite shocked when I went into this Chipotle last night. Any Chipotle I’ve gone into has been very clean and professional.There was no place in there that wasn’t dirty. For that reason I chose a carry out. Typically my reviews are positive ones. Rarely do I leave a negative one. Sorry not in a hurry to ever back here again. The photos posted don’t do the sloppy atmosphere justice. I was just stunned. How hard is it to pick up and clean up???!!

How do you mess up rice? I went in today around 1 and ordered a bowl to go. Got home and the rice was undercooked and hard. Very irritating & ruined the whole meal. Also the cashier never gave me my receipt.

Might as well order whatever you want, 95% chance they won't get it right anyways.Not sure how the orders are shown on the lids & just completely disregarded.Got steak on a chicken bowl, missing chips, beans on wrong order - actually have to try to get it this wrong.Save yourself the headache & drive to a better one.

Unfortunately I had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Chipotle last night. There seemed to be barely any meat and veggies left. The barbacoa looked like only liquid. When my bowl was passed to the cold toppings section the person started adding sour cream and cheese WITHOUT asking me what I even wanted on it… thankfully I did want those items and actually looked up at me to realize she didn’t even ask me what I wanted. The chips were not salty at all and many were broken. I felt like I was invisible and a complete inconvenience. This experience makes me never want to go back to this location and maybe not get chipotle at all anymore. So upsetting.

Would not recommend coming to this Chipotle location. You’re better off taking a little extra trip to the Chipotle off of Jefferson in Joliet.This chipotle does not keep up with the demand of people who come in and never have everything in stock. They also tend to get a lot of things wrong on orders. I ordered a Sofritas bowl with brown rice, fajitas, corn salsa, cheese, sour cream, and lettuce. And what we got was sofritas bowl with white rice and pico degallo. And this has happened on multiple occasions. I then reached out to corporate to get a full refund on the meal as I didn’t get what I paid for and than gave me a free side of guac for my troubles with no refund.I have learned my lesson and I hope to prevent others from wasting their time and money on ordering something from this chipotle location.

We got raw damn meat in our bowls for the 2nd time worst place ever and we tried calling 7 times and they don't answer!

I hadn’t been to Chipotle in a while and will not be going back.Placed a mobile order for pickup and when it was not ready 10 minutes after the scheduled time I went to the counter and was told they were out of barbacoa. I asked to please cancel the order and refund my card and they told me I had to call corporate to get a refund. I told themI have never heard of having to call to get a refund and to please refund my card and they called over a manager. The manager seemed disinterested and was bothered by having to refund an order. She then proceeded to tell me she was refunding LESS money to my card than what had been paid and when I asked why she said it was due to “taxes and fees” she can’t put back on the card. But it was actually due to her being lazy and not entering the correct items to be refunded. At that point I was so disgusted by my experience I just wanted to get out of there. Had to call corporate after leaving in order to get my full refund. Will never go back to any Chipotle ever again after this experience.

Rebecca and Marlene which are the managers seem to think it’s ok to mistreat their customers. I visited their location today and was puzzled at the fact that asking for additional items on the bowl would cause the line to stop just to confirm that I was willing to pay 1.50 for extra queso. If someone from corporate comes across this message please look at the footage for 2-12 6pm and on. More interesting is the customers before me which had stacked bowls and there seemed to be no issues until it was my turn.Have a great day.

Typical chipotle. Portions are getting stingier but the food is typical chipotle. Service not overly friendly but not rude. Restaurant slightly dirty but nothing crazy.Smaller space not a lot of seating especially outside. Pretty average chipotle nothing extraordinary.

As a customer, my recent experience at Chipotle was disappointing and concerning. Upon entering the restaurant, I observed multiple employees wearing gloves, yet they were rubbing their hands on their dirty uniforms. This raised serious hygiene concerns and left me feeling uneasy about the cleanliness standards of the establishment.Furthermore, despite numerous employees being present, there was a noticeable reluctance to fulfill certain orders. Basic ingredients like guacamole, white rice, and beef were unavailable, and the cashier refused to accommodate these requests. This lack of flexibility and willingness to meet customer needs was frustrating and contributed to a negative dining experience.Additionally, the employees appeared visibly annoyed by having to perform their job duties, which further detracted from the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. As a result, my order was prepared incorrectly, adding to the frustration and disappointment of the visit.Overall, I was disappointed by the lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and customer service exhibited by the staff at Chipotle. I hope that these issues can be addressed promptly to ensure a better experience for future customers.
