Underrated fast food restaurant. Everything I've ever ordered here has been delicious. I usually go for a burger and fries. Burgers are much better than McDonald's and Burger King. They are on par with Shake Shack, 5 Guys and In n Out,for a much lesser pricè.

A month ago, I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with mayo, Ketchup, Mustard,grilled onions & tomato. I get home to discover my cheeseburger was plain. Called the restaurant. Spoke to the manager. I was put on a list. I decided to get my free cheeseburger for dinner. The manager was very nice. I ordered fries & wasn't charged. I get my cheeseburger. Go to my car checked to make sure my cheeseburger was made correctly. It wasn't! It's missing the BACON & GRILLED ONIONS! I went back in & told the manager what was missing. She had the cook give me bacon & grilled onions in a container. She apologized. Idk what happened with the help. I never had an issue with my order until last month. I do love their cheeseburger & that I can order my fries crunchy. I hope that the help gets better in completing orders correctly. It's very frustrating when your order isn't correct.

Got the broccoli and cheese soup. There was no broccoli in it. Did not taste at all like their soup. Was disgusting.

First time at Culver's. My husband was told if you want something like ice cream to come to this place. We've never had frozen custard. All staff was friendly. Especially Lauren, she learned that we aren't from here and never been to this establishment. She explained what we could do from the choices. We got the flavor of the day. When she brought it to us, she added a little vanilla & chocolate for both of us to try. We loved it. Thank you Lauren for making our first experience at Culver's amazing and a memory we won't forget!Kid-friendliness: They have highchairsWheelchair accessibility: There's no steps involved.

Deathly allergic to tomatoes…called & was told all they could do is make another when I’m already stuck in traffic hungry & still have a 2.5 hour ride to get home. They don’t follow directions or can’t read…check your food!!!10.18.22As of today still nothing from anyone associated with this restaurant.

The staff at this Culver's was so attentive to our needs!! I always order the same thing:. Chocolate custard+ raspberries. I've never had any Culver's put so many raspberries on top! It was wonderful! I'm usually lucky to get 6!

Every person I came in contact with was courteous, kind, professional, knowledgeable, and just absolutely wonderful. I even met the manager by chance and just wanted to say this was my best accidental-dine-in at a fast food place ever (ordered carry out but ended up sitting down).

Stopped in on a long road trip. Lauren was serving us at the counter. Such a warm and friendly and competent young lady. Food was excellent as we’ve come to expect from Culver’s. Keep up the great work Lauren!

3 days in the roll they didn't give me all my food I paid for or give me the correct way I wanted it and when I tell them .They act like they never mess up anything.I clearly had to repeat my self 3 times so they don't mess up my order again.and of course they did .
