This is the best DQ in the entire area & surrounding ones! So much better than the garbage Lockport & Plainfield locations. The Indian Brunette Women & White Blonde Women are incredible! Their customer service is awesome! And I love how they don't skimp with toppings at all but they actually load them up! The ice cream is always cold & fresh and received fast! It's the only DQ I go to! You ladies are the best & I really appreciate you both!

I ordered a large blizzard. Many might have experienced the bottom being just plain ice cream, but today this blizzard was made oh so perfectly. It was by far, hands down, the best blizzard I have ever had in over 25 years. I cannot explain how well the service was, the lady was super super nice. Definitely will travel the extra few miles to come here instead of the one close to my house.

Do you miss Orange Julius?? They have them here!! The service is excellent and overall nice atmosphere. The ice cream and drinks are always on point. EVERYONE PLEASE SUPPORT THIS PLACE!!!!

Prices starting to get kinda high!!! Also shake sizes got alot smaller!!! Just edited my view to down grade to 1 star. Don't know what this place has against cash??? I only had a $50 dollar bill. They refused to take my money!!! As they claim to not accept $50 dollar bills!!! Which is still spendable cash in this country! Sad that they refuse to take my cash!!! Guess they are ok with not making a profit. By turning away customers! That's ok. Plenty of other ice cream shops in Joliet that will take my money!!!

They need to teach their employees how to make their menu properly. They tried to hand me two melted slushy’s. I asked if I can get them frozen they told me I ordered the wrong thing and they gave me them back mixed with ice cream. I wanted a slushy with ice in it not a Misty.

I order a chocolate extreme blizzard with chocolate dip added to it and it did not have chocolate dip No brownies they messed up my blizzard drove 15 minutes away so they could mess my order(They charged for the chocolate dip)
