I end up driving 2hrs to eat these donuts but nothing compares. I always order a dozen sour cream donuts and the staff is always so nice.

Well after years of going here for donuts, it's over. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. The donuts are good, not the absolute best but for the area they are good. The service has never been the best but today it really hit rock bottom. I always go there with my 5 year old, it is a treat for her and a good father/daughter moment for me. Today's blatant disregard for customer satisfaction deserves to be shared. My daughter's favorite donuts are the strawberry frosting with sprinkles. The teenager that was there to "help" us made this an exercise in patience. I asked if they had the strawberry donuts and the teenager taking our order just looked at me with this stoneface look, like I'd just insulted her for asking and she replied "No". I then asked if they had anymore on the way and that i didn't mind waiting, again just a cold stare and "No" as a reply. The I asked her if she could double check as they were my daughters favorite and she replied "we're all out", didn't flinch or even bother to take a look or check, just a flat out "we're all out". Am I being unreasonable here? I didn't expect a new batch to be made just for my daughter but for the love of god would a smile, a little bit of effort and some politeness kill you - and I don't know, maybe the appearance that the business is appreciated! My daughter just looked at me with disbelief and her exact words to me when we got in the car were, "Dad I don't want to come back here, next time lets just go to Dunkin Donuts" and she LOVES those donuts. I don't know and frankly don't care what drama you are going through in your day but if you are in a customer service role, such as this, you should at the very least try to be helpful. Even a 5 year old can spot Poor Service! You can say I'm ranting or being a Karen about this but this is what crushes local businesses. I wish Donut Den the best but they will not be getting my business again.

Went there this morning. They had six persons working in the back of the counter. There were two ladies in front and register. I believe one of them must’ve been an employee and the other one, the owner. I asked a question one of the ladies answered, but one of the other ladies went and back over here, and said something and the answer got changed, I would not like to feel like if this is discriminating but I remember this establishment for years ago and how the real owner paid so much attention to detail into the person that came into the door. I don’t wanna say anything back about Don just that today out of all the days that I’m gone. I really did have a bad experience. remember, Don is the neighborhood that keeps you going

A co-worker brought an assorted box into work and after trying one, I went back twice more pretending to refill my coffee but actually sampling other donuts. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside - delicious! Was surprised by the maple donut! No fake flavors or inferior ingredients like the awful donuts at corporate competitor Dunkin. Donut Den is entirely in another league - highly recommended! Added to my Google Maps as a favorite.

Best doughnuts! There was a line of people when I got there. They know what they're doing because I was in and out within 5 minutes with a dozen doughnuts and a coffee!

I miss the old angel cream doughnuts. They changed them and they are just not the same. Also got rid of baked good a while ago. They are good though.

I've been going there for years, but the quality has definitely suffered since long time owner passed away. They used to use fresh ingredients but have since gone to the usual processed fillings..not worth the price anymore. I used to love going there every year for their paczkis, but this year wasn't good at all. Felt like they weren't fresh. Was embarrassed when I got them to work that day. Everyone usually loves them. Oh well. I would've recommended this place when original owner was alive, but the quality isn't there anymore. It's not worth the 25 minute ride i would take to get there.

Best place in town for donuts. Been getting donuts from this place for years. On Fridays they make apple fritters. You better get there by 8:00 am or they'll be gone.
