Dunkin, in general, is 5 star. The service wasn't top-notch but was ok I thought waiting for an xlarge coffee, which took about 15 min and being the only person in line was a bit too long unless that's the way it is at 9:00 pm I'll have to keep it in mind next time. But sooner or later, I'll be back.

I don’t think I’ve ever had more rude service from anywhere I have been. I’ve worked retail and food service and never have myself or any other coworker ever treated anywhere nearly as poorly as the employees here. There is no excuse for this other than poor management which appears to be the case as I’ve contacted the owner and my concern still went unnoticed. It’s so bad that employees of this place are making positive reviews to counter the negative ones. I can guarantee this because one of the reviews is someone I went to high school with who works here.

This is by far the best dunkin I have ever gone to!!! The employees are so nice. Jordan is so friendly upfront taking my order I just had to ask for her name. And then Bella gladly made my sandwich with no complaints or attitude even though it had modifications. Finally Jesenia made my coffee with a smile on her face. Will definitely be coming back to this gem!!
The customer service at this DD was terrible. I say in the drive thru for a few minutes and no one ever greeted me or asked for an order. I ended up going inside for an order and it took a few minutes for an employee to take my order. She was not cordial at all and with three of them working it took quite awhile for a cup of coffee as they were doing other things which did not include making another customers coffee order. This DD used to be very good, but the current staff needs some motivation.

I live 6 min away this Dunkin’ donut had a bunch of kids working for them with a bad attitude and very dirty Dont clean at all very dirty actually I am going to call city hall to because they Dont have igiene berry berry dirty Dont use proper gloves if you ask something and they don’t like what ur asking they tell u to just go buy to another Dunkin’ here are some pictures judge for ur self

This Dunkin is by far the worst one ever!Everytime I go in the drive thru, I have to repeat my self constantly, it's worse than talking to a 1 year old!Sometimes I try going inside to order but their attitude is the worst and they seem to get mad if you have a big food order, as if they mad because your making them work!Then they come and just throw your bags on the little table that they have without even telling you that your order is ready.To top it off, there's always something wrong on my order, either I'm missing something or one of my drinks is made wrong.I've gotten black coffee when I asked for cream & sugar.I've gotten granulated sugar when I asked for liquid sugar.I've gotten a medium size drink when I asked for a large.Someone needs to come and train these employees correctly!!!
