People behind the counter were very rude to Begin with.Secondly they didn't have any of the proper tools to make alot of there drinksAsked for a basic ice coffee and they handed me 4 shots of espresso in a small cup.

I get coffee every day. Today the coffee tasted like they mixed bunch of different coffees together creating muddy tasting coffee. This is saying something since I drank military coffee! It might even be decaf which is not what I ordered and would be false advertising. The added cream didnt help. It's disgusting but not worth the trouble to drive back for a replacement. Guess I'll go somewhere else.

Very short staffed, I usually put in my mobile order before leaving my house to grab coffee on my way to work (at 3pm on Saturdays) and I usually end up waiting in line for 20 minutes… all of two workers always seem to be “medicated” and the quality of the coffee and food varies on the day. Additionally this locations prices are much higher than other locations… not sure what that’s all about…

Horrible service I order my coffee and when the girl in the drive thru gave it to the Lid was not put right it came off and the hot coffee splash all over my hand burning me bad! And I looked at the girl and said did you not see the lid was not put right and she LAUGH , she didn’t even try to apologize , I don’t think this funny ! My hand a Ref from the coffee burn!!! This behavior is not acceptable

At the speaker, after ordering 2 drinks the order taker says "ok pull up" that's immediately a red flag because what if we had more than 2 drinks? Just shows they aren't good and thorough at their job and sure enough it was foreshadowing what was to come. At the window my turtle cappuccino blast with no whip cream became a caramel only cappuccino blast with whip cream. Are these workers retarded? I'll try mandarin next time at the window.
Went through drive-thru. Ordered small, charged for, and given, a large. Luckily, it was delicious, so not really a huge deal!Drive-thru is one lane only behind building - so no way to get out if you change your mind if the line is long. You're stuck. Think twice if you're in a hurry. Maybe go inside instead.

I have had order this drink different locations and always off or wasn't the best. Today I ordered and this is best one I ever had, it taste like what I ordered.. I always come here before my mom doctor appointment..
When I arrived this morning, there was a customer in front of me that orderd like 5 to 6 variety drinks. They stalled me in the process trying to order something quick so I can make it to work. After the customer ahead of me received their unnecessary large order, I was given mines. When I arrived to work, my entire order was completely wrong. Unfortunately, I had to drive back but, the young lady who checked me out at the drive-thru before replaced everything correctly without any complaints or attitude. Thank you. #baddayturnedgoodParking: A mini lot is right in front of the establishment.
