I would rate a 3.5/5. The food here I think is really good and their cheese dip is amazing! Honestly though the one thing that disappoints me is the poor service I got the past 3 times that I have been there. We never got checked on by our waiter once after we got drinks and food order. Then waited half an hour to get our check, I had to go up to counter to get it. The time before the woman forgot about us. Besides that the food is really good! I still highly recommend!

New owners just came in in April and you can tell the difference. The restaurant is now Very clean and food tastes so much better!! 5 starts for sure! Food is so much better quality than comales!

If I could, I would give this spot 0 stars. Went in and waited 10 minutes just to be acknowledged and when we were the waitress (not sure she could properly be called that) looked at us like we were bothering her. Took 5 more minutes after that to get menus. The whole experience was bad. We had chips, salsa and some birria as an appetizer and left.

I will never come here again. I figured I'd try this place out because I was getting tired of Los Comales down the street. I called in over the phone and ordered 3 tacos all carbon on a Tuesday, when I went to pick them up they said they hadn't started my tacos because they wanted to make sure I knew they weren't a dollar (they have dollar tacos on Tuesdays) I said that was fine & I added 4 more tacos of regular asada, along with an order of rice and beans with 3 horchatas. On 3 I ordered sour cream cheese & avocado, 2 with only cheese & avocado, & 2 with just cilantro & onion. They gave me my horchatas in a bag which all spilled over, I didn't even mention it to them. When I got home all of my tacos had cilantro & onion only and my rice & beans was missing. When I called & told them about it they took my order and said they'd replace them. When I got to the store they took my order again & started cooking. Then they told me I needed to pay for the avocado & my rice & beans because they didn't charge me the first time. So that means I paid $30 for 7 dollar tacos & 3 horchatas? Never again. Definitely sticking to Los Comales!
