Mr. Guillermo I went last weekend with my wife and my son and we were enjoying the fabulous food at the Restauran. Everything was great. The ending was what I didn't like and it was very offensive to me because when I went to Pay There were 2 waitresses on one side, I noticed that one of them said something about me and I noticed a laugh between them but in a mocking manner and this seemed very unpleasant to receive that mockery from their waitresses because of my physical aspects, I don't wantThat no customer has to live this bad experience and I would like the owner of the restaurant to pay attention to my comment because for me this restaurant is one of my favorites that I would not like to stop visiting due to this bad behavior of its waitresses. This place used to be good but now it's an absolute joke and overpriced. My husband and I ordered a "large" shrimp cocktail each and were so shocked at how small it was. It came in a small 16oz container. We expected more for the price we paid. Not to mention their ceviche has no fish or shrimp, it's all onion and cucumbers. Such a ripoff. Never going back!!

This restaurant is not good. The service is ok the waitress came quickly to take the order and brought out the food quickly. We (party of 3 adults and 1 child) ordered the Botana Mariscos Grande (shrimp, muscles, crab legs, fake crab, fish fillet, and small pieces of octopus). The seafood tasted frozen not fresh. The salsa was not salsa but soup and very bland. We also ordered horchatas and micheladas and the horchata was not made from scratch for the price it was and the michelada did not taste that it had any beer and was way too spicy did not taste like tomato and clam juice or anything but spicy. They also charged us 18% gratuity on our bill BEFORE taxes. We did not appreciate that at all it could have been after tax but having us pay taxes on tip is ridiculous. I will not be returning the food was awful I should have cooked at home or gotten some tacos somewhere else. I took the seafood home and rinsed it off very well at home and recooked it in a sauce of my own and it was 100 times better. Save your money if you go here you're going to be ripped off and hungry.

Very disappointed with the Caldo de 7 mares. I dont like fake crab, even the pulpo seems to be fake. Its got great taste but it has fake seafood in it. I won't order it again. Ill just get the Tilapia fish soup, that one is def real

Food was amazing ! But the service not so great. We ordered ceviche de pescado, and we got ceviche de camarón. No big deal. We would’ve taken it but the waitress stood there to argue with us and tell us we were wrong. Gave us attitude about it and never came back to the table, sent someone else instead, we would’ve gladly kept the dish and payed for it. That $44 service charge was not deserved.

The food was not good on my last visit. I've been there before a bunch of times,but this last time the red snapper was not fresh and tasted bad and it was over cooked.They did not care that I was not happy with my meal.We barely touched it.They claim if we don't like it then there is something wrong with the customer.I do not recommend this place.
