This was the worst meal I've ever had hands down. Ordered a crab cake for an app. And it came out burnt / black. I took one bite and didn't want it. The server told me it looked like I almost ate it all and wasn't sure if this could come off the bill. STRIKE 1. Then ordered a filet. STRIKE 2, the meat on my plate had the color of a pork chop. Also whatever meat I had was overdone.mac n cheese was awful. Dry and not cheesy at all. STRIKE 3.Over 100 dollars on this meal. None of it was pleasant. I tried to Contact a manager and kept getting voicemail and blown offWORST FOOD AND EXPERIENCE EVER.. FINAL CUT

Wow!! I had the pleasure of dining at Final Cut on a night they released a new menu. They did not disappoint. Everything I tried was fantastic. Of course I had to sample the other plates at my table and every bite was a party in your mouth. Full of flavor in every bite. Compliments to the chef and kitchen team!! Will definitely be back!!

Waitress was terrible. Forgot to bring ice water when asked. Spent an extraordinary amount of time packing things at the next table. Our food was barely warm (as expected) when she finally brought it. She forgot the sour cream and butter for the baked potato. By the time she brought it we were about done with the filets. No apology for the tardiness or the forgetfulness. We figured she was either new, incompetent or both.

This was our second visit. The first time was great. This time was much different. For the price I expected the steaks to be tender and cooked right. It was cooked too much. It took a lot longer for us to get our food and the server had way too many tables. Our server did great was polite and apologetic for delays. I don't mind paying the high prices for a great experience but this time was the last. We were told they were short on staff and apologized but I think the shortage might have gone all the way to the kitchen
Shrimp de jonge was lackluster, soup was salty and overpriced, seafood wasn't bad but wasn't very fresh either (mussels weren't open when served). Some entrees were priced well, others such as the scallops were overpriced. Service was polite but slow, and lacked knowledge regarding the wine list. It wasn't a terrible experience, but not one I would eagerly repeat either.

Coming from Kansas City, noted for their steaks, we were quite pleased w this Chicago area restaurant fare we ordered. Cooked to perfection for both of us, an enjoyable meal w exceptional service from our waitress and casino hosts that assisted us. Class act in dining here, RECOMMENDED, and quite reasonable entrees prices. Make this a stop if you get the chance while in Chicago area.

My husband and I have eaten there quite a few times. We have always enjoyed the filets. $45. We were celebrating a belated birthday and anniversary because my husband had open heart surgery early summer. We had to send our steak back three times and it still wasn't prepared the way we ordered it. By than the steaks were ruined. Sat there for two hours. The waitress spoke with the manager and he said to take it off the bill. She removed the steaks from the table. We left hungry from only eating a baked potato. What kind of cooks is Hollywood Casino hiring?
The food was of very poor quality. Poor seasoning and had no taste. Worst Caesar salad I've ever had and the French onion soup was a bowl of onions with beef broth. The service was good but the overall food quality was just not it.

I had reservations. Just 2 of us. They seated us pretty quick. It didn't seem very busy. We got bread and water quick. Then saw no one. After a while a waitress walked by and said “it's going to be awhile” and kept walking. Waited another 10 minutes. Another waitress came by and got me an ice t and we ordered right then. We both got a Cesar Salad that my wife had to flag someone down to get a new one as it was swimming in dressing. I got a steak and she got fish on a rice bed. Both were good. Then nobody came by again. We waited and waited then I flagged down the hostess. Gave her my card then waited another 10 minutes to get the bill and my credit card back. The food was fine. The service was awful.
