I love Gloria Jeans coffee. The culture of the business means a lot to me as a customer. It’s different. I have always loved coming to this specific one in the mall. But it just seems like it isn’t well taken care of anymore. Last time we went a couple months ago they didn’t have the right size cups. Went there again yesterday and they literally served me two iced coffees WITHOUT lids for the cup. Didn’t let me know before I paid (and tipped). It was just an unfortunate...read full review

the workers are usually really nice i went there this morning and the worker was very polite but everything seemed to be broken so i suggest the management or company should fix their machines.

Terrible! Spent $13 dollars on a drink for my daughter and I. Get almost home to see that they blended the expresso beans right into the drink. I have been calling for over a week. Their phone is always busy! I used to love Gloria jeans. But they have the worst customer service.
