Ordered out tonight went and picked my food up everything was there except the sausage on my pizza 6 adults to feed all men vegetarian pizza embarrassing to say the least called them to complain and all I get is I'm sorry but you weren't charged for sausage but I repeated myself 3 times on the phone to add sausage and they even repeated it back and still wrong I wouldn't be writing a bad review right now but this is the second consecutive time when ordering from them this has happened and one other time my pizza was 2 hours late and came cold when I live a mile from this place I should have known when I called the girl taking my order sounded like she wasn't sure of herself with today's prices two pizza's $102.00 you would think they would get it right there are plenty of pizza places around me and I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Tonight we had a horrible delivery because of door dash. The pizza was entirely slid off and unsavable. When I called, Martin was so kind and doing everything he could to make sure this was remedied. At this point it was already 9pm and he remade our pizza and personally delivered it after closing. It was also probably one of the best pizzas we have gotten from there in a while. Martin went above and beyond for us as the customer tonight and to make sure we got fed, even if it was later than we originally planned.

I used to work in downtown Chicago and we order Lous personal pizzas every other night. Nothing has changed. The recipe is the same and all I have to say is thank you Lou! Keep up the great work! If you haven't had this pizza, get on it now!

Very dissatisfied tonight barely any sausage on my pizza.
If your having your food Delivered beware. You are getting a 4 dollar Delivery charge for a 3rd party vendor like door dash. My pizza was delivered with out one of those food warmers. Your paying for a fee then tipping. They don't even mention that Doordash was dropping it off until you get text. Until it's there own drivers I'm not coming back. I also bought and paid for extra Cheese it didn't seem like there was extra cheese on it. Not worth it.

Still excellent, but has been going downhill a bit recently. Not as much tomato sauce, and toppings are less too, while the price has skyrocketed. Used to be a solid 5 stars, but is a solid 4 stars now. I hope they improve to what they used to be.
