Our server, Matt, was so polite and helpful. One steak was overcooked and he was quick to help and fix the issue. He was attentive and kind which made our experience enjoyable. The food was hot and delicious. We'll be back soon!

The food was good. Our waitress was amazing. The staff was super friendly and was very accommodating to our large group. Would definitely go back again. Oh and the beer was ice cold.

Food was decent besides my wives salad.She noticed the cucumbers looked slimy so she set them to the side and ate the rest. 30 minutes later she was in the restroom sick throwing up. Besides that it was a nice change of pace from our go to steak house. We went to outback because they had the "Jeep duck" offered with a drink and .y wife just bought a new Jeep Wrangler and was excited about this lol.Dietary restrictions: I diet for body building competition and it's easy to accommodate low carb or low fat high protein if you pick and choose carefully when ordering.
Very disappointed in this location, they need to have the hosts clean and wipe down the menus they are filled with crumbs and are greasy.. went here to try the new $17 special that came with soup (baked potato soup was ok, no complaints) 6oz sirloin was overcooked and so tough i couldnt chew it, mac & cheese tasted funky (and they upcharged $3 for it, had a few bites it was gross).. cheesecake was ok.. 1 star because the piece of steak I was given was so bad the cooks shouldve known not to send that piece of meat out to a customer.. a dog wouldnt have eaten it

We ordered Valentine's dinner for pick up. Received confirmation of order then received notification that it was ready. They had no record of our order & she just said sorry & told us to call the credit card company to dispute the charge. I've been a loyal customer but will never come

We ordered food to go and it was on a busy day about $140 worth. After my husband got home with the food, we realized that ALL of the potato sides were missing as well as the bread & butter. I called to let them know and the employee seemed very unfazed and not really apologetic. I was surprised to hear that he was the one in charge. (I can’t remember if he said the manager or owner) I understand that these things happen all the time, it just really threw me & made me feel like crap as a customer that he really didn’t care. They did end up refunding me $26, which I guess covers the sides. But, the meal was not the same without the potatoes and the bad feeling remain. I don’t think we will be going back.

Gwen our server was great! she was very attentive! the outback prime rib, caesar salad, asparagus and blooming onion were all delicious!! but the atmosphere - the music was too too loud - like if you were clubbing and not trying to have a pleasant meal - please please change to mellow instrumental. thank you!

Hello first off customer service was horrible. She was really slow unfriendly and wasn't that kind at all. Food was lackluster I'm thinking this location used to be an old Applebee's or something because there was literally no atmosphere and you hardly saw one employee besides the little hostess girl that kept bringing us our food she was amazing that young lady was great but our waitress she definitely might want to look for another job. I've never had a bad experience at a Outback Steakhouse and this would be the first time and I will not be returning back to that location. There was just literally no atmosphere at all and that location needs a nice big revamp.
