Didn't have any deals only if you order on line then once you order on line the app is telling you that your food is ready so once you ask for your food they say they are getting it ready while taking another 20 minutes of your time then once I got to work all 6 of my pizza's I ordered were the same like wth bad experience all around the board

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PIZZA HUT. We called to ask about our store credit she tells us to come into the store just to tell us we can no longer use them. We ordered online in after we waited in my car for about 15 mins typical that’s how long it takes to cook the pizzas we come in and says the order didn’t go through check my chase account and it says it’s been refunded. The woman canceled my order because she was too lazy to make it. Unbelievable that this store allows her to run it when i found hair in my pizza

Went in on lunch to pick up an order placed over the phone. Place was a ghost town.. I was calling out to anyone... no one in the place. After a few minutes, a young gal walked up from the back to the front of the building. Cell phone in hand, dirtiest look on her face - seemed upset to be there or that she had to work. (She was on a phone call, phone was too her ear) I'm not sure. I stated I was there to pick up my order, and she handed it to me, I paid, and I left. The only words spoke were the total. I would NEVER return.

i always order from here because it has been great for me so far, until today. they gave me more crust than anything. i used to work at pizza hut and we had to use a guide to help us put toppings on. whoever did my pizza, should try using that once again. and on the delivery instructions i clearly said, leave on porch, door to your left. i go outside and i see my food on the door to the right. how slow can these lazy workers be.

Pizza Hut at 1156 W Jefferson has a terrible service. I have had several experiences with them but my recent one was 2/26/23. I had received the txt from them saying driver was out for delivery and an hour later he showed up. I called Pizza Hut to cancel and till this day I have not received my $73.70 refunded.I will never buy again from them.

Pizza was great and ready when I got there. Although it seems crazy to rave about this but I have not been offered condiments in years (probably over 10 yrs)and the young lady offered condiments to me and even gave me plates and napkins. I actually thought they didn't even offer them anymore. It's not much but when it's been years since that happened wow. It actually got me off guard and that just made my experience a lot better. And yes the pizza was delicious.

Bread doesn’t taste as stupid as it looks on the pizza. I hope it’s because the cook is new, and not because they don’t know how to cook. It’s too much bread for me. Not like an average pizza looks like. $23 dollars for this. It taste alright but not what I expect.
