everytime i preorder its messed up, i ordered a regular coke and instead got warm rootbeer? i think and it taste like it’s been sitting out all day like they gave me an employee drink or something ew

I ordered a ceasar salad WITH grilled chicken. I made sure to emphasize that I wanted chicken because this place has a history of not adding it. I get home and my salad has no chicken in it. Dajane was the one who took my order. 03/10/2024

To sit in an already long line to find out this place doesn’t accept cash and have to wait in a long line to get out of the drive thru is the reason for my review. I cant get think of another fast food place in the United States that doesn’t accept United States currency
Such a fun fast moving experience compared to the traditional Portillo's. Easy to get in and out. Easily marked for where online delivery people can pick up food. Staff inside and out are as friendly as the staff in Shorewood. When you do the drive-thru be sure to check out the race car. The food is served perfectly hot, and a milkshake is the perfect milkshake. Have your type of payment ready to not slow down the pace of the drive-thru. When I am in the area this is now a must have stop for me. Oh this is not a drive-thru for big vehicles like a big rig.

Hardly any beef on beef n cheddar crossaint. Called to complain. Paid 8.29 for a piece of bread....not consistent with other locations.
