Now I remember why I haven't eaten here in months. Ordered 2 Wreck sandwiches. Both sandwiches were incorrect with added ingredients and missing ingredients in both. It's really upsetting when you ask for NO HOT PEPPERS and then bite into your sandwich to find your mouth and face burning = whole sandwich is now inedible. And its a long drive back to Potbellys.

I orderd a pizza melt and I said for everything that comes on it. Every time I go there I get the same thing and nothing comes a messed up until today. I ordered the pizza melt with everything and they put every single item of topping on it. I have said everything before and they put only the items that go on the pizza melt. My business is lost now from that experience.

Sandwhich was good for me. My fiances sandwhich was all messed up. Gave him random toppings he did not ask for. Then my soup. Broccoli cheddar soup. It's chunky. Not runny like normal. And just looks old and tastes old. I have a video of the soup if asked I'll provide.

Ordered delivery on the potbelly app which was delivered through door dash and two times now, the delivery driver did not deliver my shake. Either the driver stole it or did not pick it up from the store

i don't usually write reviews n i know y'all are working your hardest which i appreciate, but the one time i've ever been to potbelly i ordered the avocado turkey sandwich and was served a sandwich with literally nothing but slightly warm turkey on it LOL. any other day i wouldn't have minded, but this particular day i was running late for the airport and was already upset so it just made me so sad LMFAOO to be fair they were super busy and some lady was berating them but i feel like its not that hard to realize you messed up a sandwich and only put turkey on it

I ordered delivery online, never arrived. I called twice and got patronized instead of helped. I don't need someone explaining to me the delivery process. I need someone to apologize and let me know they're resending the order, or that they're providing a refund. Ideally, both at this point! Waiting on the refund... I don't recommend this location.
I was just in there at 6:15pm 05-082023 ordered smokehouse sandwich was made wrong no greens or tomato on it like in the picture only had cheese and meat,horseradish
and salad was short changed o substance, greens and other items missing , bowl was barely full…. started out being good when I started going here….. every time the girls are working in the evening they get my order wrong. Been very disappointed lately ….. and I mentioned it as well in the drive through nicely, what my previous experienced like that the order was incomplete and skimpy. So What Did They do they didn’t even try to improve .
