Well hello yelp world. I'll start off by saying I enjoy the sandwiches here. I ordered online and had it delivered, because it's a lazy sunday. Was not surprised when my order was made perfectly. I enjoyed the wreck sandwich, now it's time for a nap. Great job to the employees of potbelly. It's a world where we can't please everyone, but the are constantly making great food. Keep up the good work all!

I was very pleased with my experience at this location, staff was friendly, asked how i wanted my sandwich and it was made correctly.Good quality and tasty.Nice dining room pleant if seating with booths, low and high tables. Plus some outdoor seatingThis location has a drive through window Ample parking Nice decor as also featuring local history of Joliet I certainly would visit this location again.

We go to potbelly's because love the chili! We also ordered a wreck! First of all it was the sloppiest Wreck ever had. It was just thrown together.they put so many hot peppers on it ridiculous. I says no onions . I get it .very disappointed!

Had the worst veggie melt from here. Threw my entire sandwich away when I got home. Made extremely sloppy & the cheese was not melted. Waste of money.
The food quality at Potbelly seems to have gone down. The attitude of staff at every store is tiring. I stopped going to Potbelly.

Did pickup. Brought food to work for folks who have made my life easier during the plant turnaround. Food was ready early, orders were correct, and service was good. Have never had a problem with any Potbelly sandwich shop. I rank them kind of a slight cut above fast food. Which is good. They blow away Subway & Jimmy Johns and similar fast food places.

I tried the tuna and veggie soup. The Tuna was dry. Why is it you have the option to change the bread but never get what you ask for. I did not want multi grain yet still got it. FYI ..in case you don’t know make sure to pick the toppings you want such as tomato, onions and etc. otherwise just a sandwich plain. Veggie soup flavor is awful. I give 4 stars cause people are nice. Always ready. Nice drive thru and the chicken pot pie soup is usually amazing. Today I tried something different. Don’t recommend the tuna or veggie soup. Do recommend chicken pot pie soup and any of the cookies are good too.

The location had a broken cookie on the floor long enough for ants to find it. Every table in the lobby was dirty. Staff was more worried about talking into there headset than actually working.
