Update: Red Lobster reached out to me and offered a gift certificate and ubereats refunded my order. I know mistakes happen, and both Red Lobster and ubereats made it right for me. Thank you.I recommend the shrimp scampi, the shrimp Alfredo pasta and the delicious Brussel sprouts.Order the $52 feast. Part of order missing. Steak not cooked. Called and was put on hold for currently 20 minutes....Still on hold.

When we arrived at the place we were waiting for more than 10 minutes at the desk for attention, the supposed Manager arrived in a rude manner, asked us some questions and took us to the table, OMG! the table with food remains, the floor around it was very dirty (in general the place looks dirty and neglected) when the waitress arrived after another 20 minutes with a very bad attitude and with a strong smell of cigarettes, she took our order after 30 minutes of waiting and when we asked for our order in a rude manner she responded that the food has to be cooked or that if we wanted it raw that would be our problem, when our order arrived at the table all the dishes were prepared by someone with no experience in the meat poorly cooked and the lobster raw and with complete intestines, disgusting! When we asked to speak to the manager, the waitress told us that he was very busy and that if we wanted to make a complaint we should do it online or on the website. We will not return to this place besides the prices are excessively expensive

It was just an overall great night. We had a 4 people total and were seated within minutes on a Friday night. They have a great selection of beverages and they were on our table within 5 minutes, even though I could tell our server "Melissa" was busy. She was very courteous, made chit chat and answered all our questions. We got our food with a minimal wait. It was hot, looked fresh, and tasted fantastic. I am not a huge shellfish fan but I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. We all enjoyed our meals. Melissa kept checking in on us to make sure our food was okay and we had drinks. A great experience and we will be back!!!

Server looked thrilled to be there! Calamari was so fried it tasted like the bottom of the fryer bits from long john silvers!!!! Lobster was slimy, fishy and taste horrible!!! Cajun pasta had NO Cajun on it. Was offered whipped butter to dip my lobster in. Is this place for real? What a complete waste of money.... I've had many great experiences at Red Lobster, this one is terrible!!! I would suggest you stay away from this location and find another. If I could give them negative stars I would. People just don't care anymore and it's a complete shame.... corporate should be embarrassed by the quality they're restaurants are bringing to the table, we'll at least at this location!! $300 bill for absolute terrible service & food. Stay Away!!!!!!!!

Went here to celebrate my late mother-in-law’s birthday with my family.Food was bland, biscuits were room temperature, and everything is overpriced for the quality.On top of all of that, my car got broken into while eating there. Even though it was parked right at the front entrance of the restaurant. They have no security cameras. So be aware of that.Break ins are becoming common in this area according to the police and this restaurant offers no assistance or security for their customers.

One of our party ordered surf and turf steak ordered medium rare came out well done, lobster tail was good, Cole slaw tasted like it was spoiled it was yucky appetizer calamari was good, stuffed mushrooms were slimy and watery ? even an Arnold Palmer had to be sent back it tasted horrible and food took FOREVER. Spoke to manager about our dining experience and bad food she acted like she wasn't listening and didn't care, and put the blame on the server. I will never eat at a Red Lobster again!!

General manager was very concerned with my well-being. She answered my questions to the best of her ability. Still questions on how to register reward points. There is no use for it that I can see.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp for entering building. Handicap parking spots available.

followed the easy directions for curbside pickup and then sat outside waiting for 20 minutes so i called. they said they would send the food right out; 10 minutes later i still don’t have my food. all i ordered was a dozen biscuits. i called again and someone who pulled up 5 minutes after i called the second time got their food first.
