Showed up here for lunch and the 300lbs manager said he couldn’t sell any of the food he had fresh out cause he didn’t have a cashier yet? And there was some other lady standing behind him. Had a whole line of people waiting just to say he couldn’t sell anything without a cashier. A real manager would cash people out himself or teach the lady behind him to do it. What a joke. It was hard not to laugh at him

The food, the service, it's everything I would ever ask for! I have never had a bad experience at Sbarro. Although there is one guy that is the cashier that sometimes works at a snails pace. Everyone else is great though!

Thank you to the staff today. You were so kind to my daughter and I. Encouraging words and a cookie instead of just stares at the little bald girl. Goes a long way. Thank you, much appreciated. Pizza anf stromboli were excellent too.
I went here on. Saturday at 1200 I tried to order a large sausage pizza and was told it would take 50 minutes!!! I said 50 min or 15 she said 50 were busy and there's only 1 pizza maker. Granted they had 5 people ahead of me but clearly they rather charge 5$ a slice vs 18$ for the whole thing. Never the less I ordered 6 slices of pizza 5 drinks for $50. I served the kids and they all complained it was old and cold even after going thru the warmer. Save your money and go ANYWHERE else

This is the second time I order from door dash and they don’t give the right order. First time doordash said the person was rude and gave them a different order. This time they left out one of my pizzas. I’m so done with this place.

The sitting area could be cleaner. They use it for storage as well, not a good look. The pizza was ok, the pasta cold. The people were friendly at least.

Went to eat there yesterday, haven’t stopped puking since and have diarrhea. Girl at front wasn’t wearing gloves or washing hands after handling money. To top it off rude costumer service

Rude customer service, too bad that at this mall, there aren't much food options now. Waited in line to order a whole Pizza, I was told it will be 40 minutes. After I came back for my pizza, I was told I had to go back in line (around 15 people in line) to pay for my pizza that I already made líne for. The girl said the manager told her that's how is supposed to be. We used to love this place, but now we will have to find something better
