Only person in line, Batista opted to ignore me while she stood behind the counter on her phone. She did kindly tell me, " I'll be with you in a minute". Nope I waited till another took my order. But lucky me the first one who ignored me was kind enough to prepare my half cup of 5 dollar coffee. You should maybe opt for the free coffee at all the stations along the casino. My experience at Starbucks in Harrah's Joliet was unfortunately disappointing. I ordered an eggs bacon cheese sandwich, but instead of using the nearby grill, the staff reheated an old sandwich in the microwave, resulting in an overcooked and hard texture—almost like a hockey puck. This choice impacted the overall quality of the meal and, consequently, my overall impression of the Harrah's experience. Unfortunately, this leaves me hesitant to return in the future.
