I always go to Starbucks the one in Jefferson the staff are super sweet. First time trying this location here and i will never go back. If you got an attitude your place is not by the window simple as that.. this girl with ducky lips and glasses kept huffing and puffing cus i asked for bigger straw i mean i got the venti i dont need small straw.

I had a business meeting here. What better place to meet than Starbucks. This is what a lot of people do at Starbucks. The staff was polite. But at some point they were just banging metal pans around. Not sure what was going on, but this lasted for over half of an hour. The banging was so abrupt and loud that I would get startled by it. And the banging around from all kinds of stuff, as if there were a massive cleanup going on or something, was so loud that I could barely hear the person I was meeting with. We ended up just wrapping up our meeting because it was just too noisy. I left with a pounding headache. It reminded me of my younger days as a server at a busy restaurant during dinner hour, back in the kitchen when everything is just loud and moving quickly. I’m definitely going to go to a different Starbucks for meetings from now on. I’ll save this one for the drive thru only.

No more!! After seeing how they clean wand of coffee machines with nasty rag. I've seen this happen at other franchises.Have gotten sick from it. They use same rag to wipe down counters & ?I feel a disposable towelette should be used for wands. Get with the program Starbucks!!
No longer a good place to study as the wi-fi hasn’t worked in a month and the worker said sorry the signal is weak. Been coming here for the last year and it worked fine before. Also no one cleans the dining room but you better believe they dedicate 1-2 workers to stock the coffee cup shelves.

I purchased a tomato mozzarella on focaccia in the drive thru, got home open the sandwich to add mayo and there was only 2 tiny slices of mozzarella and 2 half slices of tomato. If I wanted pesto bread I would have ordered it.

This is a fantastic store with great staff. Putting up with impatient jerks who can't be bothered to plan a bit ahead for their coffee just raises the staff in my estimation!!
