I ordered four books for my granddaughter online from Barnes and Noble on September 9, 2022 , thinking this was an easier way to get the books, especially since I paid my membership and get free shipping. It has been a total nightmare ! They were sent out with UPS AND I WAS TRACKING THE PACKAGE. On Thursday I tried to track the package and UPS informs me that they have given the package to the USPS for delivery but I have no way to track it now. I got an email from Barnes and Noble on Thursday telling me my order would be delivered Friday(yesterday). No package yesterday and no package today! I call the store and they can't help me because they don't have access to online orders but I'm told that if I don't get it in the next few weeks to call them back. I found the help number and I'm told that if the package doesn't get here by the 20th, to call them back! I WILL NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM AGAIN. It's ridiculous! Why on God's green earth would you change delivery method in the middle of a shipment?

Came today with my daughter for some book shopping.... The front desk girl, Gina, was amazing! Super helpful and kind, giving awesome book recommendations that interested my teenage daughter, which we know can be quite the challenge! Love that she took the time and had such excellent customer service! Thanks again, Gina! Will definitely return!

New in area and first time at this location. Never again! I will go to another location. Employee(woman) at the pick-up counter desperately needs customer service training as she's rude and unprofessional! Basic manners would even help! If you don't want to come to work, stay home! Thank you to the pleasant cashier who knows how to provide proper customer service.

This place had a great staff and very friendly. The only down side is the size of the cream cheese with the bagel and cream cheese you have to purchase an extra to get good coverage like a regular Starbucks.
