I don’t like to criticize any business publicly but I have had 3 experiences at this subway over time. I believe in giving a place a few opportunities before judging but these franchise owners need to step in here. It’s hard to get good help right now I understand that but I would rather close a franchise that diminish the franchise with the attitude the people working have. It’s borderline uncomfortable when you feel like you are inconveniencing the staff by ordering a sandwich. Sides I paid were forgot which I wasn’t too upset about since it was partially my fault but I was distracted observing the rude behavior of the two ladies working. When I walked back in to ask for what I hadn’t got there wasn’t the slightest chance of an apology. Again another inconvenience for them to deal with. My expectations of customer service have dropped with the understanding that it is really hard to get good help right now, but a hello, welcome and a smile isn’t very difficult. I watched very polite customers in front of me “please, thank you” and all that was offered in return was a look of two girls who hate being there and are bothered that any customer dare ask them for a sandwich. It’s a three strikes you’re out for me. I hope the owner can turn this place around for the sake of his/her investment

Paid 10 bucks for 4 pieces on roast beef on a 6inch. When I was asked what kind of meat I said roast beef, girl put 2 slices of roast beef on the sandwich. I asked for more cause I thought that's not right for a 6 dollar sandwich so she put 2 more pieces after saying it'll be extra. Okay. TEN DOLLARS FOR 4 PIECES OF MEAT!Not the first time I've been shorted at this place. They are even light on their veggies. I usually have coupons so I try every once in a while hoping to get the manager who knows how to make the sandwich right, she usually hooks it up. These younger girls really skimp out on you here. AND THE ATTITUDES... THATS A WHOLE OTHER COMPLAINT.

This place is actually hit or miss depending on who is working there at the time. I came here today for lunch and a woman behind the counter had no problem making my sandwich and actually did everything I requested, made the sandwich like I wanted it. No complaints today. There has been some issues in the past but it all comes down to who is working here. The Subway is located inside a gas station.

The new management they have is great! Everyone is nice and polite while serving. There no one in the front when I came, but they have a service bell and the people served me right away. I don’t go to subway often and am not familiar with the menu, but they were very patient and even gave me suggestions of what to put on my sandwich! Would definitely come back again the service was very nice!

Was there today and the heavy set young girl had a very bad attitude I couldn't get my food Because she was cleaning up and didn't want to change her gloves and she didn't have a face mask on and wanted to talk over my food, I'm searching for the owner number now....just horrible

If they could find some help and were open during regular hours it wouldn't be too bad of a place. Tried going here twice between 2-3. First time they were closed second time it was 230 and they had a sign up saying on lunch for 30 minutes. Good thing they have online ordering haha

Stopped in at 4:45pm for a sandwich and apparently according to the heavier man that was working, he couldn't make more than half the sandwiches on the menu because they were about to close, even though they close at 6. And also kept ignoring my questions with a simple nod. I worked as a subway manager for about 5 years and this kind of lazy work ethic is absolutely astonishing and unacceptable.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Stopped in at 4:45 on a Monday and the blue haired little girl working there literally claimed she couldn't make 80% of the menu because she's either too lazy to prep the food or this store is too cheap to buy everything they're supposed to have. This girl clearly does not want nor care about having her job or the customers I know it's hard to find good help these days but literally anybody on this planet would do a better job at running this Subway than her. You would 100% be better off digging through the garbage cans outside at the gas station then eating food from this Subway. Stay as far away as possible.

The heavy set Male employee does not care about his job. He will say ignorant comments in front of customers about how they " just keep coming in" and has nothing polite to say. He sits In the back n doesn't even check to see of customers are there. Usually the girl with the colored hair is the only one who helps me and is polite. The guy will walk past a line of people to go outside and smoke a cigarette. Very inconsiderate.

It would be nice to have and employee working when you people are open not no one being there to take my order no wounder why you can't get anyone to work for you and I bet nothing will be done about this is bull horrible customer service ever senses places closed now senses they reopen the customer service sucks every we're with restaurants you should fire your staff including the manger and district manager and get hire people that want to work like I said there will be nothing done about this and I we'll not get a response to this you would rather not make any sale or treat people with good customer service instead you rather run off your business or you should just close that subway for good

Don't go there I ordered a wrap it was wrapped in tomato basil wrap and all smashed up I will post picture the person who prepared it needs to be fired
