The food was okay, it's not that expensive thankfully. I went with a group of friends and they sat us at a broken booth which I would've overlooked if it was a good experience. Our server didn't really do much other than take our order and bring the food. We ordered 5 total rolls and it took almost an hour for them. It took us about 4 minutes to finish the food which was kind of funny. There was no sauce on the sushi even though it is advertised with it. Overall it's wasn't the best but it was also very cheap. Could have been a 3 star if it wasn't for the very long wait.

This place is an absolute gem. The rolls are always fantastic. It's a great place for the family or date night. What you see here is Philly Roll, Crunch Shrimp, Chicken Tempura, California Roll, Volcano, Godzilla, Niagara, Helios, Mango Dragon. We also had the scallops and goyza app. The dip that comes with the scallops is wonderful. We usually ask for another side of it to dip the rolls in. Party try 5+5 two apps and four drinks was $98 after tax and before tip.
We were seated right away, no wait time, but the girl who sat us practically ran to the table, tossed down the menus and left without saying a word. No server greeted us, no water brought to the table, nothing. We waited for 20 minutes and ending up leaving having spoken to no employees. Very disappointing.

Came here with my bf and his daughter after Treasure Hunting all day, and it was AWESOME! She had a blast trying the chicken tempura, she even tried crab Rangoon for the first time and demolished the whole order! We got the tuna WOW sushi rolls, I got spicy salmon roll and he got smoked salmon and tuna rolls. Topped off with fried ice cream! This was my first time coming there, he's been before and I'm so glad he showed me this place! Way better than AFusion in Matteson!!
Well Sushi Ya didn't fail. Definitely lived up to all the awesome reviews. Great sushi.... Definitely get the Vegas Roll and the Cowboy Roll. You will not be disappointed. I think we ate so much edamame that we couldn't finish our sushi! Serves for 2nds.
The sushi was on the smaller side, but the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was cozy.

Best tasting Sushi around. My favorite place to go now, that's close to home. It's clean and Server's are polite. I go there often and the people that work there always greet me with a smile, like they are happy to see me no matter how busy they are. That makes me feel good.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch. They have affordable lunch prices and good size portions. He got the hibachi, and I got the sushi rolls. The restaurant was clean and I waiter did a great job.

They are "open" until 3pm, but turn away customers begining at 2:30. Need to change their hours to be honest and state 2:30. I drove an hour to get turned away. That's two hours wasted round trip. Food is good but not worth that hassle.

We also ordered 4 chef specialty rolls: Volcano roll, Spicy 2 in 1 roll, Tuna Wow roll, and Phoenix roll. The regular rolls were actually really goodCost: They have a menu with specials and we felt kinda hungry so we ordered the party tray which lets you choose 4 rolls and 4 chef specialty rolls for about $60
Good food! Quick service highly recommend. The last vegas roll and mountain roll are my favorite.
Our families favorite local sushi place. They have the best spicy sushi selection. Love the fried green tea ice cream as well.
