The food was great however it would have had been appreciated even more if we had received our full order. They asked if we wanted nuggets, just to charge us for them but we didn’t get them.. or any ranch at all. Tried to call about 10x after receiving the incomplete order. Then the following morning, afternoon and no one picks up the phone..?

I stopped to grab some food and I was greeted with terrible service, wash rushed to order, didn’t scan my code to earn rewards and they also gave me very cold food. I ordered my first item and the woman immediately asked me anything else. I had 4 more things to order. After every item she rushed me and asked me if there was anything else. I get to the window and I asked the guy to scan my rewards code and he said no. They gave me my drink with no straw and when I asked for one they were rude. Lastly I go to eat my food maybe a minute or two after I leave and it is super cold where you could tell the food was sitting out for awhile.

Former employee here. This restaurant is doing so much better than it was a year or 2 ago!! The only thing that isn’t great is that they often don’t open their lobby, which is unfortunate for locals without vehicles, including myself.
