Average White Castle experience. I went around 10 PM on Monday. Drive-through had two people in front of me. When I got to the window,there was no greeting. There was about a five minute delay of silence before I got my food.Download the app for deals and specials.

It's a Friday night (2/23/24) and LayLay and Jenna are both working.. just the two of them. Lay was handling the headset and Jenna was killing it on the food station. Let me reverse a bit.. when I pulled up the drive thru was super long, so I decided to go inside in hopes it'll be slower so I can order and leave faster. Inside there were about 3 other people waiting to order. The ladies killed it! Yes I waited about 30 min for my food but lay was sure to greet me and everyone else with kindness and I saw Jenna was moving fast and doing her best.. what more could I expect, right? Our world has become so impatient and fast paced that if I wanted faster service I could've gone somewhere else. I'm glad I had time to be patient because dinner cured my white castle craving and the service was awesome! Great job ladies!

Guys working the drive thrus are complete idiots. They dont understand you. Then repeat things you didnt say. You pull up to the window. They still dont know your order. Then make you wait 20 mins. Because now they are going to make it. You pull up to the window. They are high as hell!

Very poor manners...piss poor service...took over 2 hours to get the order...they were yelling at me and making fun at me...dancing and goofing off doing everything expt work...manager needs to be fired...whole team needs to be let go...
