My friend and I stop here nearly every single day to get coffee before work. In the beginning, everything was great and a guy named John was great. But he disappeared and all of a sudden they are constantly "closed". But there are clearly employees in the parking lot either standing outside their cars woth other people or sitting inside their car, like they're on a date.

Went through the drive thru, when I pulled up someone came over the speaker asking if I was using the dunkin app. I replied no then asked for my drink. No one answered so I gave them a few minutes, I heard nothing but silence. I said hello and nothing, gave it a couple more minutes said hello again still nothing. I saw an employee inside so I figured something was wrong with the speaker I pulled up to the window... the employee just turned off all the lights as soon as I got to the window. I didn't know what time they closed obviously it was right when I pulled up which is fine, but someone spoke on the speaker and all the lights were on couldn't they just say "sorry we're closing" instead of wasting my time and leaving me very confused on what just happened.

The biggest mistake in fast food history was Dunkin Donuts ending their "Gotta make the doughnuts" campaign and serving them up fresh. Stale doughnuts just aren't worth the diabetes risk. But the coffee here is always fresh, and the service is outstanding. And yet hardly anyone tips. I can tell by the odd enthusiasm and gratitude for my measly two dollars. That isn't right. It's not the fault of the underpaid workers that the corporation pays them so little. You know they don't make much money. You can see how hard they have to work. I implore you all to leave a buck or two for every fresh hot cup of coffee you grab here.

The food and coffee are your standard Dunkin’ Donuts fare, of course, but there is a bit of a challenge with the organization of the team. If submitting a mobile order, they will not read the order thoroughly and will not prepare it any more quickly than if ordered at the speaker - completely defeating the purpose of mobile ordering.Additionally, the location is a challenge. The parking lot has two entrances from two major roads, and the drive thru receives traffic entering the line from two directions (as you can’t possibly wrap around to a single entry point), but this is a recipe for traffic jams and sometimes for road ragers to flip their lids.

Every single time I come Phoebe has been so sweet to me, whereas usually the girls there seem very rushed and agitated which makes me not want to stop by there. However thankfully Phoebe always handles my orders with care! We need the old employees back i’ve been coming since day 1

They get things right only if the Hispanic workers are there. The other workers are trashy and discriminate against you based on your age and gender. I worked here for like two weeks, it's not a good space if you're over the age of 23.

Always hot! This is a drive thru location only, and sometimes the lines get huge however every time I've come here the service has been fast and if it's a bid order then they have you wait in the back to make sure that the quality is maintained. The food and drinks have always been fresh & hot (or cold).

I have been going since day 1. I'm never disappointed. The girls are friendly. Pheebe has a smile on her face upon approaching. She greets you if you have children,always hello. Always a surprise. This time time coffee is watered down. There is nothing good to say about the service at this Dunkin. I guess this is what happens after you sell the 7-11 to get a Dunkin.

Ordered hasbrowns and breakfast sandwich and a latte. Food was cold, and my coffee was mainly creamer… service was quick so that’s a plus and making it 2 stars instead of 1 but maybe too quick because quality was impacted.
