Terrible attitude, curses and is always on her phone. Can't be bothered to ask anything of her.On some positive notes. This store has made a huge turn around in service and cleanliness. “Stopped on Saturday (the day before Easter) and the place was buzzing with happy people and good food. We were a table of 6, and the service couldn't have been better. The young lady with the purple highlights was super pleasant and attentive. What a beautiful personality she has, definitely an asset to Y&B!Features: Called order in and picked it up. “There staff in the Bradley store in the Bradley location honestly made a huge turn around!! Staff is very very nice!! The owners yet to meet them him or her but this place has made huge changes to everything to better accommodate there customer's service is great. Yes the upper Management did an amazing thing they went out with old and in with the new. Now it makes me feel as the corporation does value my personal feedback. Why because I'm gonna give you my absolute honest opinion. As for a place of employment I used to work at Kankakee store wish they would do some updating in the gaming room. But see they change management they couldn't have picked a better person. She actually trained me she's a manager gabbs very very positive polite great job in the turn around Shelby's!! Still yet to hit big at either location but due to covid-19 cases closed them up for a little bit. But when them doors open the atmosphere of both locations it's spot on. Once again great job SHELBY'S and Gabby for being one of the greatest people I have met speaks measures about the corporation!!“
“A classic American diner experience. We've been here many times, and will be back many more. The staff is always genuinely friendly and pleasant. The food is consistently good, and the prices are reasonable. I frequently get corned beef hash with poached eggs. My husband often gets an omelet. We've never been disappointed. We come for breakfast, but sometimes take slices of pie to go. Deeeeelicious! I recommend Blue's Cafe without reservation.“
