If I could give this location 10 stars, I would!! They saved the day for us. We ordered a cake at the DQ on Maple Street and they "lost our slip" and made no effort to make it right. In the parking lot of the Maple location, we called here and asked if they could make a cake very quickly for us to pick up 10 minutes later. They were incredibly kind and had the cake ready by the time we got there. The writing is neat and pretty, and the cashier was very sympathetic to our situation and made sure we felt taken care of. Would highly recommend exclusively doing business with this location. We will be back!

It’s hit or miss with this location and I’m sooo tired with the staff under serving when I PAY for extras! If I pay you extra money for extras how do I end up with less in my blizzard that a normal blizzard. Driving across town next time I want DQ. Kankakee DQ just frustrates me

Watseka location. They don't take anything but cash and I don't carry cash so we did without.
kinda tired of the prices going up and the quality going down. there's no reason I should order a small blizzard and find that only the first quarter of my blizzard is mixed, while the rest is just vanilla ice cream with zero toppings.
